  i have an appointment on monday with a plastic surgeon, i have had a sunspot on my face for many years i have had it looked at before, no one was really stressed bout it.

  but over the last couple of weeks its been changing shape and colour!!!!

  so im booked in on monday for consultation where they will determine whether is begnin or cancerous and hopefully remove it.

  What are your favourite vegeatables?

  nutritionists tell us that vegetables contain a wide variety of substances that are beneficial to our health, and these are not vitamins and minerals, they are called phytochemicals.

  given the fact that in the western world people consume a great deal of industrially processed food eating a lot of fresh veg (and fruit) can only be beneficial.

  I love most veggies. Cooked or raw but I prefer al dente. I cannot stand eggplant or any type of squash.(It's a texture thing) Asparagus is my favorite (stinky pee and all.) Corn is good too.

  Faith No More definitley improved with age. "Angel Dust" is a masterpiece, as are "King For A Day, Fool For A Lifetime" and "Album Of The Year". I like Mike Patton's other projects too like"Lovage" "Tomahawk", "Mr. Bungle" and "Fantomas". He is a really talented, well rounded musician.

  who out of all you nasty old apostates (tm) will agree with me, that if you take the gb that you dislike so much, and the watchtower that you hate out of the picture, will agree with me that at the end of the day, and on the whole, jw's really are a good bunch of people.

  i did my same old rekky last sunday at the gillingham convention, and will have a good look around next sunday at twickenham convention.

  i've been in lots of crowds, at stadiums and arenas, but an assembly is something else, it is somehow unique, its somehow different from any other crowds, there is a deep sense of "togetherness" i've not see any where else.

  I take some solace in the fact that they genuinely believe that they are doing God's work and they really don't know any better. As pathetic as they are, I really don't think they do what they do to be malevolent.

  i travelled alot recently and i passed through many major cities, and i saw the contrast between nice small quiet towns and huge cities with so much traffic.. so, where would you rather live, in a quiet small town where there isn't much to do,but where it's quiet and there is not much stress, or in a big city with lots of traffic jams, where life is more expensive, but where there is more to see?.

  i like the smaller town life.

  THe small town I live in is about a 15 minute drive from Downtown Portland, Oregon. So I guess you could say I have the best of both worlds.

  ive been trying to thinks of ways to get my daughter and her husband on some internet sites without them becomming suspicious of me.

  does anyone know or use any good factual, non threatning sites that will help them to open there eyes about the wt or the "truth" (doctrines and stuff).

  i thought that if i could say something like "i saw a really interesting site today, and it said etc, etc".
